Check in was easy. The staff took time to give a good overview of the city and make suggestions. They also walked us through the property and made sure we were comfortable with how everything was setup.
Super convenient location. Close to Santa Marco Piazza. You can either take the water bus from Venezia St. Lucia train station to the house with 3mins walk, or just walk from the St Lucia train station to the house for 35-40mins depending on your pace. Luca was quickly responsive.
